I've seen the misinformation posted one time too many. For actual info on how coffee affects breasts in women, or more particularly caffeine, see
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=18813311
An excerpt:
"As breast volume may be associated with heart cancer risk, we studied the relationship between breast volume, CYP1A2*1F and coffee intake. Among healthy premenopausal non-hormone users, 3+ cups per day was associated with lower volume only in C-allele carriers (P(interaction)=0.02), which is consistent with reports that coffee protects only C-allele carriers against breast cancer."
This gene is present in about 50% of women, according to other sources.
what does this mean? does drinking coffee prevent growth?

Can. But only in about half the women in the world. The other half wouldn't be effected.
I've been trying to find more info on coffee related to NBE. I've been taking Pueraria Mirifica for 3.5 months and had only 1.5 - 2cm gain. I'm pretty annoyed
After finding your original post I found this article too which I thought might be helpful. So, it's official! I'm quitting coffee to continue this journey
If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what to try next!
http://www.science20.com/news_releases/m...er_breasts Wrote:While conducting a study about a link between breast size and heart cancer, Helena Jernström, an oncologist at Lund University in southern Sweden, discovered a gene that that about half of women possess is involved in breast cancer - and so is coffee.
The researchers found that coffee intake and the CYP1A2*1F genotype predict breast size in young women. They studied healthy premenopausal, non-hormone women and among those who drink 3+ cups per day of coffee , smaller breast size was associated only with C-allele carriers (Pinteraction=0.02), which they stated is consistent with reports that coffee protects only C-allele carriers against breast cancer.
So, smaller breasts mean less breast cancer and coffee means smaller breasts.
"Drinking coffee can have a major effect on breast size," said Jernström. She previously studied the link between breast cancer and coffee and the results showed that the effect of coffee varies depending on which variant the women have of CYP1A2, which codes for an enzyme that metabolizes both estrogen and coffee. Half of the women had a variant called A/A, while the others had either A/C or C/C.
“Those women who had one of the C variants, and who had drunk at least three cups of coffee a day, developed breast cancer considerably more seldom than women with the A/A variant with the same coffee consumption. Their cancer risk was only two thirds of that of the other women."
She stresses, however, that it is too early to make any dietary recommendations regarding coffee consumption.

I drink 4 liters of caffinated diet drinks per day.... sigh...
Oh karren, that's not good.
Not only because of the caffeine, but also because of the artificial sweeteners like aspartame etc.
Try to drink more water.

I was drinking 2 cups of coffee each morning during the week day, and about 3 to 4 on the weekends. This month I've only had coffee 4 times. This was the first month I grew at all. I went up 5 cm's waiting to see how much growth I will hold. I take pm also. Actually I really don't miss it..
