Okay I know the old rule is that caffeine stunts your growth, (not only in booby land but in general right?), but I swear, I experience the most tingles when I am drinking my morning coffee every morning. I got to thinking that maybe it is because it's a warm drink? I was wondering if any of my fellow coffee drinkers experienced the same thing?
It might be jitters from the caffeine. I used to drink energy drinks and coffee all the time, but I removed both from my diet. Caffeine filled drinks give you a false sense satisfactions/tingles and energy. I agree, The warmth from the drink may cause a the tingling feeling too. I feel the same way when I drink tea Smile!
I don't drink any other drinks with caffeine except for an occasional ice-tea, so I'm thinking it's the warmth too! As I drink it almost every morning, my breasts just feel like they are going crazy, lol. I might begin to add a nightly tea or something to my routine! Thanks!
I would think it's jitters... I drink tea and the such through out the day. But if I drink coffee, I feel really jumpy and jittery. Which is not exactly in my chest.
It's not the jitters guys I promise, it's just in the booby area, lol!
I wouldn't pay too much attention to coffee facts and myths. I LOOOVE coffee ! And if it was counterproductive, it would be in a small amount anyway. Provided you don't drink 20 cups a day or anything yoou should be fine. Don't give up something you enjoy because it MIGHT be bad.
Mirror Boy, stop trying to give advice like you know what the hell you are talking about, this is the 2nd time you have given bad advice. I know for a fact caffeine DOES inhibit breast growth when on an herbal NBE program, how do I know? From experience!!! When I did an herbal program and didn't know about the caffeine thing, I didn't grow. When I learned about it and tried again, low and behold I grew. It's really not hard to stop caffeine and it's actually BETTER for your health all around. I still to this day do not drink much caffeine since I stopped it years ago for NBE. Why? Because it's not a need. I still have coffee, decaf coffee. I still have sodas and tea, all decaf. I sometimes have caffeinated drinks but it's usually when I have no other choice, and it's usually only one. And I can tell you this, I feel alot better than when I use to drink alot of caffeine. Before stopping for NBE I would have 2 cups of coffee in the morning, then caffeinated teas and sodas throughout the day. There was always the bursts of energy then the crashes, and then the headaches when I didn't get enough caffeine that my body came accustomed to. So why be a slave to caffeine? Just so you won't get headaches? I love my life and how I feel alot more now than I did then. Saying you shouldn't give up something you enjoy just because it might help, that's like saying someone shouldn't stop smoking or drinking alcohol all the time, when those things can inhibit growth also and are bad for your health just like caffeine. So yea, I say it's best to cut the caffeine out as much as someone can. I stopped it completely and am glad I did.
Thank you both for the advice! I've cut down to one cup in the morning, I love my morning coffee. And I don't drink anything but orange juice and water for the remainder of the day. :- )
I refuse to give up my two cups in the morning. However, i did give up all the caffeinated sodas during the dayand evening. So my caffein intake in not very much, especially compared to what it was. Wasn't fun cutting back but I managed to do it. Now its caffein free soda and decaf coffee. Funny, I don' t miss it.
Hi DM. I know the sensation that you are talking about. I get sometimes after I take my herbs and then eat or drink certain foods or liquids. I don't think it is growth. Being also diabetic, I figured it had something to do with that as well so I never thought to ask anyone about it. I have cut out caffeine several times, but always slip back into the habit. I would try to quit ingesting caffeine if you can.

Best Wishes
