Hi Girls and Boys,
I was just wondering what growth felt like for everyone... my boobs seem to go from soft and sore to feeling hard and sore, periodically. There isn't a set time, it seems.
Does anyone else experience this? The other day, they felt like they were "growing" and they felt really hard, like an implant.
I remember growing as a teenager, and the bump feeling sore, but in both breasts the bump is much larger now-- almost the size of my whole breast.
Does anyone else feel toughness in the breasts and pain with the occasional swelling?
When forming new tissue, does the tissue grow and almost 'unravel' as it expands? Is what I'm experiencing just new tissue forming?

ooo girl! go for it, take it and run. i think that there are different sensations to be had. even i have felt different things at different times. sometimes the pain seems pretty serious and other times not. and yes the texture of the breast changes. by the way, guess who is getting on the hops boat?

YES! Let me how the hops treat you I really hope they're effective for you! Adjust dosages 'til you find what works-- I was taking 2-4 a day, started at 2 then ramped up to 4, I was taking the same amounts of SP as you
I just read your program page, I'm so happy to hear you've been growing on herbs, too, and SP seemed to effect your growth quite nicely. I know it really helped my growth, so if we're both effected by it then I should probably say that I found that the SP + Hops combination to be amazing!
My boobs really started to feel big, hard and grow like mad when I had those two going strong... I'll keep up with your program page, keep us updated!!

as luck would have it, i had just placed an order a few days before i decided on the hops. then of course, one herbal store in town is closed until the 18th of january an the other one is very costly usually. so i thought, i would try the tea from another herbal store. i was only brave enough to have it once so far. today would be my third day if i was a good girl, however it tastes like something very, very bad to me. i gagged kinda. i even offered my ma and sis a taste and it is amazingly icky to us all. but i will be a good little girl and go make some now with your encouragement. stick with the pills sis. plus, it smells. oh lawd have a mercy on a poor girl! what i do for dese boobies!

I'm hops-less in London and I wouldn't even have the tea! Hops is the stuff they put in beer to make it taste bitter! Are you sure it's even worth it? I was taking, like, 1000-1500mgs of that stuff. Well, for your sake I sure hope it is! Let me know how it goes you, wild and fearless woman! x
I've experienced many different things. Like soreness, tenderness, heavy feelings, and specially itchy. Whenever I get a growth spurt my skin just itches like crazy around the underarm boob section. That along with soreness.
i'm so glad i read this. i thought i wasn't growing since i generally don't get much sensation, and my bras fit the same. but lately when i massage my breasts, it would feel like there are hard sore spots. they usually go away within a day... then comes back later... it's all very random it seems. does this mean i'm growing???
i never got any itchiness though... mainly soreness.

I checked you out and it seems you've had growth so maybe you don't need to itch to grow?
this is my 5th month noogling and 4th month on BO. my breasts seem to protrude out more if i look at them at 3/4 angle. but my bras still fit the same so i'm not 100% certain that i am growing.
ive notice my breast more sensitive not alot of itching but my nipples are kinda redish ... is that also sign of breast growth?
