I`m 23 yrs old with two children.I`m very self concious about my body and am very upset with the size of my breast. I`m only a 34 a and would absolutely love to grow a few cup sizes as it would make me feel a thousand times better about myself. So my question is What have you experienced NBE people tried that actually worked for you and you seen a noticable difference? Please take the time to respond to this as it means the entire world to me,I would hate to have to go through the surgery and wanna try the natural way 1st. Thanks in advance all... =)
Hi JerseyMom,

Let me first off, start by saying, welcome to the site! Then tell you there is no product that absolutely works for everyone!! If it did, it would put the plastic surgeons out of business, haha!
Well, I can tell you that I have experienced some growth from taking Wild Yam, Hops, Fenugreek, drinking soy milk, eating foods that mimic estrogens to the body, massaging with wild yam cream and doing chi rotations. That's only a few different things that have been working for me as well as some others on this site. There is a product called Wonderup and it has worked for a number of women on here.
I am not sure how helpful this has been for you. But please take a look at the site, under the breast massage, personal programs and even the breast enhancement food and recipes section, there is a ton of info on this site, but remember it's a learning process... it's not gonna just sprout you a nice, beautiful set of breasts over night!! Some women took 3 months, 6 months and even a whole year!! You need to do your own research and find what herbs your body takes to. Be sure to give it at least 3 months before switching, but if you get good results, keep it up and up the dosage. Under one of my posts on this site, someone sent me a link about when the best time is to up the dosage. Click on my username and then click threads... it should be under, "when is the best time to up it" or something like that. It's a post that Andy added under my thread... there are two links. Hope this has been helpful and you get great results from what you choose! =o)
