Ive just bought 6 months of UB from medplex.
I have been taking zoft for 4 months with no result so am going to take milk thistle for 10 days.
When Im ready to start UB how many do I take? there are no instructions at all on the boxes. Do you start slow and build up? or just start off taking them 3 times a day and is it 1 pill 3 times a day?
