If it hurts you are doing something wrong! It won't work if your hurting yourself. Don't pump at a setting that hurts or pump until it hurts. If it hurts you may get awesome swelling but it will be just that, temporary swelling. You will probably never get real permanent growth using a high setting that beats ur boobs up. Don't do it! I know it is tempting just to get that insane amount of swelling but it is not worth it, don't do it! You only need a low setting that you can feel your boobs being pulled a bit and it should feel like a massage, not like your boobs are being ripped off your chest! If you can refrain yourself from using too strong of suction for too long of time too quickly, it IS permanent and real growth. But no one seems to want to use this machine the proper way and then they all blame the machine for not working!
