Hello,

I am thinking of trying PM. I want to try siripion like you did Ginie, but I find the website really confusing... I was looking at Bella's and there is a lot of information on how to take it, which I really like. Does anyone know how effective Bella's is? The website looks a lot more legit and it gives you a play by play, so I think I would rather try that first. Any help is much appreciated

Hi Beachbumpythesea, there's no way to find out your level of FSH without a blood test. And usually the only situation when a woman needs this test is if she can't get pregnant, then her doctor does a hormonal evaluation. I had to pay, it wasn't free for me.

When I placed my order for NB I ordered the domes, pump and airlock. As I couldn't use both domes at a time I took one tube and connected the airlock and pump just to one dome (dome - tube - airlock - tube - pump).

As for your order of siriporn. I wouldn't recommend ordering more than one! Yes! I believe we all are different and you never know how you will respond. So if you decide to order - order one of each (one lotion, one bottle of pills). Their "serum" is just oil, really, so, I use it when I pump but otherwise I have no idea how I'm supposed to use it because it doesn't get absorbed. In the beginning I was using too much lotion and it was just sitting on my skin not getting absorbed very well. Then I started using much less and it was sinking in well, besides it turned out to be economical. I think Siriporn is stronger for me, so, I wouldn't recommend exceeding the dose. One bottle of pills and one lotion will last you few months and you 'll be able to make your own decision if you want to order more. If you want fast results you may want to add other herbs in luteal phase.

You should be prepared for being your own test rabbit because there're many brands and nobody will tell you which one is the best for you.

Hi Kristyn, I have no experience with Bella's PM, maybe you should look in the archived forum - there's tons and tons of information but you have to dig through a lot of rubbish too. I do agree with you that Siriporn's website is a bit strange, doesn't look fancy at all and is not educational. I was really really hesitant to order from them in the beginning because of this and because thier contact email is yahoo or something. It all looked strange to me. But I ordered anyway for two reasons. I spent days if not weeks reading archived forum and I figured out that it was the stuff that worked for many people. Besides, it wasn't as expensive as St.Herb (which I started with before Siriporn) and Anne Selene, for example. Maybe I'm wrong but from what I gathered the two brands that worked for many people are Siriporn and St.Herb. Ainterol is on the third place but I didn't order it because there was a LOT of negative feedback in the archived forum about it.

Good luck and please let us all know about your experience with Bella's PM. This is the only way we can learn - from each other.

I'm trying to gather as much as info I can from you so I can be prepared to start on my PM.
With the Siriporn PM pills, does it say anywhere that it is for "enhancement" on the bottle? What about the lotion?
I just want to know so I can watch out for the mail and hide them from my hubby, LOL!
Do you recommend I apply progesterone cream during luteal phase?
If so, how much? and what brand do you use?

Hi, no, it doesn't say "breast enhancement", neither on bottle nor on lotion. But if he looks at the lotion he will be able to tell it is a cream for breasts. My husband has actually asked once out of the blue "What is pueraria mirifica"? Can you imagine my aastonishment? I said "why?" He answered that it says so on the bottle of my pills. I said that it is a herb, phytoestrogen, to prolong reproductive youth for women and to postpone menopause. He looked puzzled

Progesterone is not necessary but could be beneficial if you start noticing symptoms of estrogen dominance. Besides, after a few months you estrogen receptors may (but don't have to) become less sensitive to estrogen. This is when PC can be helpful. Few years ago I grew just on PC alone! I know Wahaika says it is impossible and that PC stops all growth but I'm the proef that it's not true. I applied PC on my breasts every day after ovulation. After a months I increased in size. I posted a link few pages back about the role of progesterone in breast development (Dr. Wong's). Worth reading. Now I only use PC every other month, don't have to use it every month. I use Kokoro but it is expensive. If you want to buy PC you should check which ones are recommended by Dr.Lee. on his website.

You said that Progesterone Cream is beneficial to use if I start noticing estrogen dominance. What if I am not noticing estrogen dominance, is there any harm to using progesterone cream anyway??
I read that you said you grew with PC alone, so I want to try it. I can probably use it every other month, like you??

Hi Melissa, they say that PC is harmless but you never know, right? They used to say that unprotected estreogen was harmless 50 years ago.. I think you could try a VERY low dose and see how you respond. My progesterone level was low and estrogen higher so PC balanced it out and probably this was the reason my boobs grew.

PS. I also think that you shouldn't try all the tings at the same time.

I want to ask you a few questions.
In total, How long have you been on PM?
I think you said that you grew from an A to a C cup, correct?
Since you are just using cream now, have you noticed that your breasts deflated a little bit?
Will you ever experiment and go off of PM just to see if the growth is permanent or not?
In your opinion, do you think the growth you have achieved is "swelling" or "real growth"?
Im sorry I am asking so many questions, but I really want to copy your programs as closely as possible and I want to know what to expect.

Hi Melissa, yes I was an A before I started NBE but I grew somewhat on different things before I started PM. From Pm only it can be 1 full cup size within 4,5 months of use.

In th beginning I experimented with individual herbs because I bought a book from Lucile Sorela, shameful but true. If I only knew that she took all the informaiton which is in her book from this forum! Besides, there're wrong advices in her book. Anyways, I think I grew half a cup while on it but totally messed up my hormonal balance and had to quit. After that 50-70% of the growth was gone. Was on this program for 6 months I think. So I was a little more than A.

To balance my hormones I used PC for few months straight. That was the time when I grew really well though I wasn't expecting that. I think there's one more user who also grew on PC, I think it is Itsjustforfun. I know Wahaika says it is impossible and even PC stopps all growth but it wasn't like that for me. Since that time I know for a fact that it takes more than just estrogen to grow.

Then I found this forum and followed Fengshi's program. I think it is a really good one. I grew almost one cup on it very quickly, like 3-4 months but unfortunately I went through a huge stress loosing my job and most of the growth was gone. After that I was between A and B, I would say A and 1/2.

The it was BO. I bought BB online but the customs in my country didn't let it through so I had to buy a generic BO and made my own program. I grew on it, something like half a cup but I'm not sure because before period I was even more than B. After period it was B.

After BO I didn't even take a break and started with PM. The increase so far is more than one cup. After period I'm a C. Before period - between C and D, like, I could wear a 32D or a 34C. But all the bras are different and, for example, all the European 32Ds fit me well but American 32D is loose. Important note - I started NB almost about the same time as PM. I really think they work in synergy and NB must be mentioned as a very good method of NBE.

To sum it up - I was growing a bit on every program. Loosing some growth after you stop is kinda natural (because I wasn't sticking to any program for long enough) but every time some of the growth was kept. With Pm the growth was quicker and more than on any other program.

Since I use PM cream only I notice growth anyway, so I really wonder if what Carlaa says stubbornly (that the topicals work better than pills) is actually true. I haven't noticed any slow down. The only difference I noticed is few pimples.

Hm.. actual growth or swelling. It feels like a real growth but I think only time will tell. When I run out of my PM cream I will take PM pills, very low dose, because I like other benefits it gives me.
