Greetings ladies, my name is Alice and I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this site. I've always been very insecure about my breast size, but I'm just not willing (nor am I well funded enough) to go under the knife. I've been lurking and searching the forum for a couple days and I've decided that I am indeed going to try some NBE. I'm 21, and I've always been very petite. I'm 4'11" and until this summer I weighed a consistent 105 lbs. with a small (32)A cup, or maybe even AA, I'm not sure. This past summer I've put on 27 lbs. which I am trying to lose. This extra weight however, has bumped me up to a full A/small B. I've been reading and researching and I feel as though I would like to start Zoft gum as I've read quite a few good things (Anastasia is probably my biggest influence there. Tongue) I was also wondering however, if perhaps I should take more supplements along with it? Perhaps fenugreek and/or SP? Since I am trying to lose ten pounds, I know my new boobs will go first and I've read that saw will help you maintain your curves. Any advise on that would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm also on birth control (desogen, which I hate. Switching at the end of the month) and I've read that it doesn't affect NBE and that NBE herbs don't affect it's effectiveness, but lfigured that I'd ask the question directly just in case.

Thanks in advance!
Some people think that certain contraception pills are more helpful to those on NBE than others. I don't know if it's correct, but some people think the type of contraception pill you use may make a difference.
Well, I'm going to start Lo Estrin 24 this Sunday. It's a very low dose combo pill, it has the lowest levels of hormones possible I think. I searched through the boards and the archives and didn't find too much about it. I hope it works out alright!Blush
