Ok, this is my first attempt at an herbal program. I have a brava system, and have tried to use it several times but never stay committed. (sleep on my stomach, time issues, have a roommate) Since I'm a very busy girl, I needed a program with minimal time commitment. Here's what I've decided to start out with.
Fenugreek 610 mg
Saw Palmetto 450mg
Wild Yam Root 405mg
Plus BC pill
Taken all at once, at the same time in the AM .
BC pill I have been taking for a few years )but I don't switch brands and it never did anything for me breast-wise, lol.) I started the herbs about a month ago timed with the start day of my BC pill. There are no signs of growth yet. So I plan to continue this program till the end of this cycle and if I still have no progress I'll be adding a massage with Wild yam cream and Fenugreek powder, as well as Borage Oil. I will update this is I add or take anything out.
