I've read up on some threads for NBE and i know that greens are great in aiding with NBE so i've been trying to take in a lot of fruits and veggies but does anyone know if there are certain veggies that would hinder growth? I know the key to growth is promoting swelling and tissue growth but a lot of veggies like celery and asparagus (which i would assume would be good boobie foods) are supposed to be natural diuretics, along with peppers and some others. Does anyone know whether foods like these every day would be more harm than good for NBE? Thought this might be helpful advice for anyone like me who's curious.
I don't really know how helpful vegetables are, but I've heard that a high intake of protein is helpful for NBE. So I guess eating a lot of meat would help. If you want to eat vegetables specifically, I guess I'd say search for the ones that have lots of protein and/or phytoestrogens.
I agree, thanks for your help. There's so much to this NBE that you don't realize at first. I've been trying to take in a lot of protein and it's been helping but unfortunately it's also been packin on the pounds lol since i've started i've gained like 5 lbs, i was shocked the other day when i jumped on the scale... guess i'm gonna have to start hitting the gym harder lol
This is from FengShui's post on the old forum

seafood, seaweed, wild yam, avocado, green papaya, chicken feet, pig knuckle, beef, eggs, soy, yogurt, milk, nuts, potato, carrots, corn, eggplant, broccoli, lettuce, asparagus, apples, banana, papaya, cherry, peach, olives, pomegranate (with seeds).
Yea I would go to the Old Forum and look up FengShui's post about what was it, "yin and yang" foods. Like some are warm and some are cold, and I think you want to avoid the cold foods. It's pretty confusing.

Something that I've always found good was Chicken feet soup. You can just make a tasty chicken broth from it, but if you actually eat the feet it's a plus... though it's kind of hard to eat the feet. Tongue
