I was curious when is the best time to increase the dosage you take? Does anyone exceed the recommended dosage? I am too scared to go over 2 FG 3 times a day. Since that is the recommended dosage...

Here are some links to look at from the old site. It seams as though 1500mg is the recommended limit for FG. Though Wahakia ays in one of these post not to go over a combined estrogenic limit of 5000. I would jot down my specs and current program. Then PM them to wahakia and see what he thinks.

I am curious if you can take more than two wild yam capsules or is it not wise to up it to 3?
