Full Version: My situation (advice please)

I've trolled on here for a bit trying to figure out exactly what my options are and what I should try. ATM I started taking the following

Fenugreek 610 mg 3 times a day
Wild Yam Root 425 mg 3 times a day
Stinging Nettle 500 mg 3 times a day
Prenatal vitamin for good measure

I just started this today so any advice on adjustments would be nice. I have read about the Sea Buckthorn Caps and am interested in what results people have been getting. I can't find them in stores so as soon as I find out what people on here have been taking i'll probably order some. The noogleberry also seems interesting, and from what i've heard is useful in my situation.

I currently am a 34DD, 4'11" and roughly 110 pounds. That probably seems ridiculous that i'm even here, but for me this is actually small. Before having my son and I was in at least a 36DDD, mostly due to it being nearly impossible to find whatever I actually was at the time. After having my son, I dropped down to maybe a C, and after trying some commercial stuff, grobust among them, i've gotten back to my current state. I really would like any and all advice you can offer me. Ultimately, my goal is to get back to where i was, so roughly i'm trying to gain 3 cups. I've always fluctuated in size, sometimes cups at a time, so i've begun to think it's largely a matter of finding out hormonally / chemically how my body differs from how it used to.

Welcome to the forum. It is my hope that you reach the goals that you desire. We all want our bodies to be a reflection of how we feel we look the best. So it is not rediculous for you to want larger breasts.
I would make the following suggestions to your program.

Excersises to strengthen your upper body muscles will do two things. One it will help build up the foundation that your breasts are built on. Second it will tighten up your coopers tendons which will help pull them up a little bit.

Massages will increase the blood flow in your breasts and help break up blockages. This allows nutrients to circulate in and toxin out of the breasts. Promoting healthy breasts. Many have had good results with growth from massage alone. You can include a estrogenic herb in your massage oil or cream to directly target the cell receptors in the breast. Tiger Lily and others have reported growth with just massage and eating certain foods in her diet. Mostly chicken foot soup. We also have a section here on the forum for foods to eat while on NBE. You might want to up your protien during NBE.

Thank you for all the links, my head's still reeling from trying to get every bit of info out of them lol.

As for the SBC, I found the ones in the link above and they are about the only thing i can find. with these work?
