I will add this to my soon to be started program. i have been reading through as much information as i can before i can start nbe.. and i am slowly getting the hang of all this info.. This is perfect as i had not come across any methods for a massage yet.

Hello, Sorry no I am not using the program. I did tons of research a cfew years ago to do that post because at the time I had planned on doing it, However NBE took a back seat and when I got back into it i ended up trying something else.
