Hi,

Does taking herbs affect your period somehow? I already have some problems with my period. I wonder what will happen when I take herbs. Are yours become more regular or irregular?

Some of the herbs used in NBE are also used by herbalists to treat period problems, so the answer to your question is yes.

Every person is different, for some it will make your periods easier and will lessen the cramps and so on, but for some there will be no difference. i have not heard of herbs making it worse, it all depends on your body.
