Hi friends! You're the only ones who would understand me. I've been on NBE (and this site) for the last 6 months or so. Never wrote anything, was just reading and following, reading and following your advises. I gained 1 cup size (from A to B) but due to enormous amount of stress in my private life I lost it ALL! I mean ALL! The stress started a month ago and I do feel I now have other stress-related problems with my health. Can you please give me any advise? Is anybody using any herbs or supplements for stress? Now I KNOW for sure that stress affects breasts development! Definately! I talked to my GP and she says stress messes women's hormonal balance. But all she advised was to go see a specialist. I'm trying to work it myself, i hate the idea of going on some strong medication which I wouldn't be able to just stop. Please help!
Hi Ginnie,

Yes stress is the biggest enemy for NBE. There are a lot of supplement out there that can help you reduce your stress. I only think this is a temporary measure you can take to handle whatever chaos that is too hard to handle.

I would advise a stress management for long term. Identify the source of your stress will be the most important thing to do 'for example the source of it from'. Listen to soft music and meditating will help reduce the stress. Do something that will help you relax go for a massage maybe, exercise or swimming if it helps. Activities that you do could help you divert your attention and level down the stress. Aromatherapy helps too. Put it in a tub and soak yourself in it or scent your sleeping room with it. Drinking flower tea such as chamomile helps too.

If you really interested in taking supplements perhaps you can learn more about the following supplement and see which one suit you best.

5-HTP
GABA
B-Complex
Melatonin (sleep)
Valerian (sleep)
Hops
Chamomile
Magnesium

This are some I could think off...

Hope it helps!
STRESS is one of the biggest inhibitors of breast growth weather or not you are in puberty or just doing NBE lots of stress will take over everything it will be the only hormone on your life which means...no boobies.

also if you saw growth then you should /could go back to your program, but remember you have to do maintenance, DO NOT stop once you have gotten all the growth you need...just scale down the dosage and keep it up until you're sure the growth is permanent.

as for your stress wait to do your NBE until your life is less stress full other wise you'll just be wasting your $$$$ and your time Smile

i hope that this helps!
hi there. sorry about your stress and stuff. i am wishing you all the best for the future. also, i am very curious as to what you nbe consisted of. maybe there is another cause. sorry if you have posted your program elsewhere that i have not seen. would you mind sharing? some of the girls here are very good at suggestions.
Thank you all so very much for your support! I am trying to take control now, the stress is still here so I've stopped my program for now, or as I prefer to think - I "paused" it. Lately I've read a lot about stress, it doesn't tell anything (of course) that it inhibits breast tissue growth during puberty but if you read carefully and think - stress no doubt works like that! I just wish I knew it when I was a teenager. I always reacted like that to stress, probably that was the reason why my breasts didn't develop. Sad
This makes getting rid of stress essential for NBE!

As for my program - no, I haven't posted it anywhere simply because I knew it will put pressure on me to measure every month. If I didn't see the results I would have quit, I know myself Sad so I pretended there was no program. Am I strange? Smile

Here's what I was doing. Half a year ago I started with herbs and massage. I saw some growth but that wasn't permanent. Besides, I discovered a small lump in one of my breast and have quit herbs immediately. I'm not saying that herbs led to lump, I'm just saying that discovered it after using herb sfor a while and my mammologist says it is very dangerous to elevate estrogen in the send half of a cycle (that was I was doing when taking herbs). She prescribed progestenone cream to me and after using it for just two months I noticed a difference! Half a cup or so! Then I decided to try BO but unfortunately they don't deliver to my country (the customs are so strict that they wouldn't let anything in unless there's a "certificate" which in case of BB wasn't there of course). I felt devasted when I accidentally saw Feng Shui's program with massage and gelatine-rich food (I couldn't find chicken feet here, so substituted with gelatine-rich food and gelatine supplements). And massage. I saw the difference almost immediately, after a week or so. I also was taking Borage Oil but that gave me pimples so I stopped. So, all in all since maybe 7 months ago I changed from A to B.

Now I'm trying to reduce stress and then I will start again! I don't give up! And none of us here should! I think that I (and you) should learn from this and incorporate supplements against stress into our routines! Well, for me this is now a must! Smile
I also follow Feng Shui's list of "boobie food". I excluded tomatoes, cold drinks and food, reduced green tea (my favourite), coffee, alcohol. I try and eat as much "boobie friendly" food as I can.
Don't base your choice solely on price or name, as you could be cutting yourself short on attaining the best results. Look for products that show before and after photos and give multiple testimonials. Also, you should only go with a product that offers a money back guarantee. You should know that taking these supplements can yield some additional benefits after a few weeks. Reported side effects in clinical trials, testimonials and commentary, have shown the following:

* Elevated mood

* Fuller lips (from increased levels of estrogen while on product)

* Clearer skin (some women report brief breakouts at the start, but then unusually clear skin afterward)

* Diminished PMS symptoms

* Increased regularity and decreased severity of menstrual cycles
