hey guys!!

Well i am 16 years old, and i am a 32AA (I think...I barely fit into the smallest bra lets just say.) & i want to start NBE.

I started my period When i was 13, But they haven't grown at all. I even went to the doctor and asked if my hormones where messed up. But the test came out fine (if i recall...)

The thing is. I have a very irregular period ever since day one. My period came very heavy the first time i had it, & then it didn't come till NOVEMBER!! ha ha & its been like that ever since.

So I've had maybe 9 or 10 periods from when i was 13, till now. Yeah..

Well now i take birth control. I am starting at least. But i want my breast to grow. At least a Full B Cup.

I took Fenugreek Last year, But it didn't do anything so i stopped. No Side effects.

So Is it Safe to do NBE at my age?

Thank you!
Hi Lizaij, welcome to the forum hun, as far as herbs go you are to young, your still developing from puberty at 16 and herbs could mess up your hormones, but there is still loads you could try, massage is good and can be very effective, breast pumps like the noogleberry and brava, alot of people here use the noogleberry and you can use BO but id still wait a while before you take anything like that as you are still developing. But there is lots of options hun and your not alone, so good luck and have a good read on sections regarding the methods i have said and it should give you a good idea what you want to try.
Good Luck honey.

It does work really well for alot of people hun, i use it and i love it and have had great success, and so many other members have aswel so just take alook at what people have said about it and make your own mind up, i must warn you that it becomes addictive lol, they have there own forum so go and take alook and see what you think, heres the link hun http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php

I agree with Cheryl, I use only noogleberry, it does hlep. BUT it requires a long time to develope your breast maybe like a year. Also, you have to do it everyday.

I began my noogleberry program since I was 20 after my operation( got a small fibroma in my left breast). I use NB for almost 6 month everyday I grow from 30AAA to 32A. but it goes back again cuz I have a 2 weeks trip and stop doing it for 2 weeks. I believe I just didnt do NB long enough so it goes back. If we use it for a long time and our breast condition is stable enough, it wont go back that easily.

Since I'm still a student, I cant garentee I'll do it everyday, I'm thinking if I can take some herbal pills or cream...
You can also do massages, hypnosis, hydrotherapy to help with your breasts since you're too young to be taking herbs anyway.

I noticed that you mentioned something called Hydrotherapy. What exactly is that? I've never heard of it. I researched in on Wikipedia but it seemed kind of vague in its description and I don't really understand how it could be used for breast enhancement. Thanks for any help =)
I agree with the others, massage, BO, hydrotherapy, pumping, hypnosis, etc. are your options. I'd stay away from herbs, herbal creams, and even PM until you are at least 21 cause you could still be growing even after 18 without doing NBE. I had a friend that was flat at 18 then I bumped into her at 21 or 22 and she was like a D or DD can't remember, and she said they just started hurting and growing out of nowhere.

BO can be taken as long as you've had your period for at least 2 years. Which you have.

Hydrotherapy, to answer the other lady's question... is where when you take a shower, you let the water hit your chest, put it as hot as you can stand without burning yourself, let it run on your chest as long as you want, I do 2 to 5 min, some people say a few seconds, then you change the water to as cold as you can stand let it run on the chest for the same amount of time, and you go back and forth like that for however long you want to go. That is hydrotherapy. It promotes circulation, firming, etc.
at your age if you think there is something wrong hormonaly, a doctor can tell you what your body needs. I grew a little after being on birth control for a year, I think at your age if it's the right birth control it should cause some growth, but it does take time. Or you could just be very late bloomer like i was, i'm a C now but i'm almost 20, i got B's when I was about 17, and they sprouted again a year later, I also will try Noogle berry so if you decide to pump well see how it affects us both. Good luck Big Grin

Oh, mk! So it helps stimulate blood flow to that area kind of like using a heating pad on your chest. Thanks for the help.
