I started Tigerlily's routine 3 days ago now and am really enjoying it. I was wondering though. Had anyone else experienced the little 'ricey' kind of bumps in their breasts before starting massage. I gather that these were blockages but, blockages of what exactly? I assumed they were something to do with the way my breast changed after breastfeeding but maybe not. Can anyone shed any light?

I have it too. It feel like how you feel when you put grains in a bag. I get it if I don't massage for many days. But I will massage and squeeze it a little until the flow go smooth again.

During my growth spurts I get more of it. I don't think it is blockage.
