I started Greenbush Enhancement Blend a few weeks ago and I am massaging with Jergens firming lotion (with MSM capsules infused) twice daily. I also take 2 caps of Spring Valley caps(fish, flaxseed, and borage oil) and 1 EPO cap daily. I cannot do the fenugreek in lotion or in a beverage - it is too nasty!!!
I have not had results yet and I know that it is still early, so I am very optimistic - because I honestly get pains and tingles. :-)
My questions are:
Should I order another bottle of the herbs since I will run out soon? and since I have had my children I have had problems with urgency when it comes to urination. I have noticed that the past few days my urgency has increased and if I do not go to the restroom when it first hits me, I do not make it there. Anyone else having this problem???
I have spent more time on here reading and researching what everyone says than on my facebook page - haha - but it is so cool how everyone has tried different things and some things work and some do not. This is truly a great place to research for people like myself and I thank everyone that has taken time to answer and give advice.
My thing is that I have 2 young daughters and getting a NB might be a tish wierd because my darlings are always invading my space - it is bad enough I walk around without a bra waiting for 5 minutes to massage without them asking me questions.
I love all the advice on this site and I look at before and after pictures like a little wierdo, but we are all here for the same reason - so on that note - grow!!!
Why is the fenugreek nasty? Do you mean because of the smell?
It is actually the Greenbush Enhancement Blend Extract. It is very hard for me to drink it in a beverage, because the taste is so strong - it just tastes very 'herby'. I was also very self conscious having the smell on me after I massaged. I am trying to be discreet through my personal journey and it is hard to do that when you wreak of pancake syrup - haha. I have been using the MSM and EPO in my lotion and I swear I am seeing a difference, but I don't want to post 'success' until I actually have the proof in measurement.
Still not sure if I will order another bottle of the Enhamcement Blend herbs. I have another week or so supply, so I need to decide soon.
Excuse me, I would suggest looking at another herb. Fennel can be bought at the local grocery stores. Is not pricey. You can use it to make a tea and massage lotion. Many ladies in the old forum reported success using fennel. I would make this suggestion. Go over into the old archived forum. Do some searching through the threads on fennel. Look at some of the programs to see what they took with it. I used fennel for awhile along side the fenugreek. It took a little while to get used to the taste. I found I liked mine refrigerated. But, once I got used to it. It was not that bad. Kinda of an acquired taste. If you are interested I have several recipes for making fennel tea. They use honey and other additives to help cover the strong taste. Somewhere I have the recipe for Bustea. A breast enlargement herbal mix that uses fennel. Don't know how effective it is. I know it was mentioned in flat2fab. And I have seen it at a sales web site. Let me know if you would like those recipes.

Good luck and Good Journey

Andy
Andy,

Thanks for the info. I would be interested in the recipe for the Bustea (if you don't mind). I appreciate your help - and I will look at the archives on the ideas for use with fennel in the meantime.
I started the Greenbush enhancement blend about a week before you, so this is all fairly new to me too and I'm not really the best person to advise you do to my limited experience. However I too have noticed more urgency when it comes to getting to the restroom so it may be a side effect of the herbs, or could be because I'm trying to drink a lot more water than I usually do, I'm not sure. (Could also be my age, I'm older than you lol)
I ordered the double pack so will not run out soon. I massage using the liquid blend and discovered that I can drink the blend as long as it's mixed into a strong tasting drink! I can hardly taste it in something like V8 Fusion stawberry / banana. Are you taking 3 caps 3 x a day? I've been taking 2 caps 3 x a day and the blend in my drinks 3 x a day. I'm wondering if I should go up to 3 caps since the aches and tingles seem to have subsided a bit and I don't think I've had any growth in the month that I've been taking the herbs but I do think my breasts feel firmer. I decided to continue for at least 3 months as I know it's a painfully slow process.
I used Brava for a little over 15 weeks before taking the herbs. I'm not sure if NB is as time consuming as Brava but I doubt you'd be able to keep it from your daughters, as a parent myself it was impossible to keep it from my kids, but they are adults themselves now so they just shook their heads at me and tried to be understanding!
The first place I came across the recipe. Had I think, stronger indications for the amount of ingredients. I coould not find that link or where I stored it. I found this at a diffenent source. I believe this recipe has more in it the one I had before.

"pour two cups of water over one cup of fenugreek sprouts. Add a dash of fennel seeds, anise, basil, caraway, dill, licorice, marjoram and lemongrass. Bring to a boil, then let it cool. Add lemon juice and honey to taste. Drink one to two cups per day."

Sorry forgot that it had fenugreek in it. My memory is not what it used to be....sorry my memory is not what is used to be...:s

So I included the recipes that I had for fennel teas. Same useage as the bustea. I would say start out with at least two cups a day. One at night and one in the morning. If you feel the need to ramp up a little. Go to 3 times a day.

Here are some recipes for making a fennel tea.
A.
4 cups water
1/2 cup honey, or to taste
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
4 orange-pekoe tea bags
Three 3-inch strips of lemon zest removed with a vegetable peeler plus additional for garnish
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, or to taste
B.
Preparation. In a saucepan stir together the water, the honey, and the fennel seeds and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags and 3 strips of the zest, and let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Strain the tea through a fine sieve set over a heatproof
pitcher, let it cool, and add the lemon juice. Chill the tea, covered, for 1 hour, or until it is very cold. Divide the iced tea among tall glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish each glass with some of the additional zest.
C.
1 Teaspoon Fennel Seed
1 Pinch Cardamom
1 Cup of Boiled Water
Sweeten to Taste
Steep the fennel and cardamom for 4-6 minutes, add sugar if desired.
Strain tea prior to serving.

I use a tea ball for steaping. You could use a tea bag or folded coffee filter.
