I was wondering if you gals massage or noggle during your periods? I thought I read somewhere that you shouldn't massage while on your period but I don't know, is it bad to, or is it ok, and do you do it?

I massage and noogle during my period. I can't think of why you shouldn't. The only thing you have to adjust to your menstrual cycle is pueriria mirifica.

Me too, it doesn´t make any difference but sometimes I will skip a day if my boobs are very sore from the hormonal changes.

The only thing I noticed from noogling during my period was that my boobs were more sensitive (ie. got red easier and longer) but it's not that big of a deal to me. It's only a few days after all.
