when is the best time to use vitex during your cycle? I know to not use during mensturation but I am not certain after mensturation ends? any advice? thanks much
Personally I take it every day. I know others take it in cycles. I believe the 2nd half of their cycles, but I'm not sure about that.
If you have any food in your stomach at the same time, the vitex is competing with the food for uptake. So you want to take the Vitex on an empty stomach or else you will need a larger dose in order to get the same effect you would have if you took it on an empty stomach.
