How long should it take you to fill the domes before moving up a size?
How do you know when to move up?
It depends on how much your breasts stretch and swell.I used the mediums for only 10 days and had to move up..When you fill the domes within a couple of minutes or few pumps then your breasts are stretched enough and you'll know you have to move up a dome size.You will not be able to have any more stretch with the current ones.Hope i made it clear enough
