Was just pondering and came across it on google.
Great link, it was really informative! My boyfriend and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and we're trying to build up a little muscle so this is helping me achieve two goals, BE and muscle development. We both read the whole article together so thanks from the both of us Wink
