I've been giving NBE a go for about a year. Started with BO (Bountiful Breast) and moved onto PM (Bellas Beautifull). I've definitely had growth, although I didn't measure to start with so can't say exactly how much, but I was a post-baby saggy A and am now a roundish B even though I've lost 10 kilos. I'm keen to get things moving more, and am wondering if there is benefit in mixing the 2 methods. Or will they work against one another? PM is estrogen, and BO is progesterone (I think) so will they cancel each other out? looking forward to hearing from you

I've asked the same questions as well. Everyone told me that they interfere with each other. So it's best not to use both together.
Basically people told me that your body can either take the Photo-estrogen from PM or the estrogen produced with BO.
