Coconut Oil Diet

Hey, I am taking the Coconut Oil Diet. I am taking one capsule in the morning and one capsule at night. I am 5'3 and I weigh 114 pounds. I am trying to go down to about 100-105 pounds. I am 17 years old and I am a very petite girl so 100-105 pounds sounds like a healthy weight. Have any of you tried the Coconut Oil Diet? Have you had any success from taking the Coconut Oil Diet? I am going to start doing a mile on the treadmill a day which is about 20 minutes. I will also do about 20 sit ups on my ab lounge a day.

A friend of mine is trying the cocunut oil diet. She told me it decreases your appetite because it's a certain kind of fat and when these fats are added to the diet people are satisfied sooner and eat less, and at the next meal they don't make up for it by eating more. Is that your understanding too?

Try taking a tablespoon of coconut oil twice a day. It's a natural metabolism booster and has many other health benefits as well. It's a great natural way to lose some weight.

I used to use coconut oil all the time. great benefits:
1. my skin always looked shiny and it glowed
2. my stretch marks faded right before my eyes
3. cellulite decreased a hell of alot!
the only problem is i have tons of firming creams from avon and stuff and i can't sell them because they've been opened and since coconut oil makes a protective barrier over the skin will this decrease the firming effects of the creams? should i use it before bed and use the firming creams in the afternoon and morning or would it be okay to use in the morning and then leave it for about 7 hours before i put firming cream on?

Hey, i'm not sure but it's in a tub from an indian shop and it's 100% pure coconut oil.
Coconut oil is great for about a million different things, and one of them is definitely health supplementation and weight loss. You can try cooking with it, or taking a tablespoon or so per day. I've never heard of anyone take it in capsule form. I almost think that is a waste, since if you have the actual coconut oil, you can use it for so many other things. It's incredibly moisturizing, so you can use it on your hair and skin, and even as a lip balm. You can use it on scars to reduce their appearance, and on stretch marks and cellulite as well. It's great for cooking and using in smoothies as well.
Coconut is a great trick for weight lose..... i enjoy its experience, keep it on.
I love coco oil. I would do 3 tblspns a day and with a month, my ass and hip ratio was great and had no cellulite! the only negative was I noticed my cheeks filled in a bit. I liked my cheekbones to really show. but it is amazing and I plan on going back on it soon. You should lose a bit of weight on mid section
So to take the cocoanut oil you just eat a tablespoon of it? even in is solid form? strait out of the pot just like that?

I'm sorry im just a bit like wow! really? I guess because I have always used my oil for massaging my boobs (I use it for chi sometimes) I think of it as a cosmetic which it obviously isn’t. its just I seems gross to eat it like that.
Yeah, its not for everyone but first thing in the am if you can tolerate it on an empty stomach(fugus and virus killer action)
I personally like the taste but you can take any way you like, in shakes, cooking, capsules etc.
hmmmmmm. the oil i have at the moment is old and i use it on my body so I think I will look for a new pot for eating and I may give it a go. [/align]
