I have been taking some breast enhancement pills for about two weeks now. The company said to take it with meal, but I've read some of the tips on here that said take on an empty stomach. Which one do I go by?
most people take on an empty stomach so that your body can absorb them better i always did with mine. I think companies say that to cover themselves incase you have a really sensitive stomach but i cant see it being a problem. Give it a try and if you get any problems go back to taking them with food.

Hey! I can't guarantee success, because I'm revisiting a program for myself, but I wake up every day, take l tyrosine and a multivitamin, have a great bowl of cereal or oatmeal. Usually an hour or so after I'll pop my bountiful breast pill with just some water, assuming I've digested by then so my stomach is yet again empty, and I won't be hungry for another hour as well.
Something interesting though, I'm trying to lose my tummy for the summer so I'm drinking grapefruit juice. After doing some research I read that people who eat half a grapefruit or have a glass of juice before meals lose a significantly larger amount of weight than usual, HOWEVER, not everyone can try this because grapefruit alters medications, absorbing nutrients/medicines more efficiently...
Do you think taking the juice with the pills would allow for better absorption of herbs/BO, or do you think just the opposite? Needs more research, but interesting!
If you take pille before eating it will be both on an empty stomach and with a meal.

I started taking my "off the shelf" tablets on an empty stomach and found that I get more tingling than with food in my stomach. Totally agree with Milani. But you have to do what works for you.

With some drugs, when you take them on an empty stomach, you get significantly better results, than on a full stomach. For example, diazepam on empty stomach has really fast onset and it's really enjoyable, because it peaks so fast - that's why I never bother to take it on a full stomach.
