Hi ladies,

i would like to post a poll! not sure if anyone's done that, but it'll be of great help to anyone if each of you could contribute what you think is the best effect on boobie growing.

I am not sure how to use the poll functions, but here goes (please list three items you think have the best effect on you):

Ok let me start the ball rolling!

For me it was saw palmetto and fenugreek massage.

MSM made my face rounder, anyone has that experience?
PM external had not much of an effect on me, I am using it steeped in oil now.

BO: "generic" I grew about 1.5 -2 cm.
PM internally:made me gain weight in my midsection,used for 2 cycles
PM cream:didn't have an effect on me at all
MSMidn't notice any change
FG:tried it for few days,didn't like the smell it gave me
SP:used it for some time with BO.I might have gained weight on it.Don't remember why i stopped it...

I'd have to agree with you, msm had no effect on me, and pm made me gain weight around my face.

hmm i havent tried BO, seems that many ladies are having growth with it
