Chinese boobie cookies

This video is in Chinese, but anyone who makes cookies should be able to "understand" how to make this boobie cookies.
There are 3 ingredients, mix with milk:
soy powder 50g
peanut powder 50g
finely chopped DRIED red dates/jujube 50g (take out seeds)

Preheat oven for 5 min. (sorry, I don't know the temp. any suggestion?)

Mix all above with only with enough milk to make dough.
Spray butter on baking plate, bake for 10 min.

P.S. If you are prone to have acne, replace peanut powder with wild yam/naga powder, or use 50% of each. Black sesame powder is also a great addition.

You can eat these cookies any time, best time will be before periods.

Someone posted about the so-called F cup cookies recently, which are made from pueraria. For those in the UK I noticed them on sale here, but I know they come from Japan..

The amount of active ingredients in each cookie is very small, so I don't think it's a practical method of NBE. To make it work, you'd need to eat an awful lot of cookies! Fengshui's cookies are probably a better choice.
