Hello all,

First and foremost, I want to know if anyone beginning with a C cup or above has had any success. I am estrogen deficient (I believe), and here's my story:

I have been trying NBE on and off for about a year, but without a great deal of success. It all started last winter/spring (about 14 months ago), when I had lost quite a bit of body fat from an intensive aerobics program, and had gone from a C cup to a B cup (making my breasts even droopier than they were before). I was taking fenugreek and hops along with a Cocoa butter and vitamin E massage both day and night (Palmer's combo lotion), as well as drinking soy milk daily. I did feel a few onsets of tingles and have some noticeable increase in fullness, but it's hard to tell if there were any real long-term effects, since I gained the weight back and went up to a C cup again.

I tried beginning again last fall (about 6 months ago) yet again, without any herbs, just massage and chicken feet. There was really no success with that stint (I've read so much about chicken feet that I overestimated the effect they may have on me). It may have been a combination of the lack of herbs and the fact that it was fall and winter when I tried that.

Sorry if all of that was unnecessarily lengthy. Smile

It has been a couple of months since I have tried anything. My new idea for a daily program is:

Fenugreek: 3000mg
nettle: 3000mg (I'm wary of saw palmetto and it's cellulite reports)
vitex: 3000 mg
red clover: 1200 mg (at night)
fennel: 1000 mg
borage oil: 1000 mg

scatttered into three dosings throughout the day.

PLUS usual array of vitamins: vit E, vit B6, B12, fish oil, calcium/zinc
PLUS Morning and night massage, immediately before herbs are taken on an empty stomach (2 hours after eating, or 30 min before). Massage batter: liquid vit E, fenugreek, cocoa butter.
ESTROGEN DEFICIENT
STARTING AT A C CUP

I am wondering if all of this is in vain because I am starting at a C cup. I know that that sounds well and good to some people, but my rib cage is too wide, IMO.

I'm hopeful because it is spring! (I would be more hopeful if I could find some chicken feet in my new place of residence, though).

also:
Today was my first 24-hour stint at a high dose of fenugreek, and I have a massive headache. I would love to know how anyone else has dealt with this....are the fenugreek and headache even related?
Hi Larita,

When you were taking the herbal supplements before, how long did you take them? It usually takes about 3 months before you actually see any growth or start to feel tingles. If it's before that then great! but the average is 3 months.

Also the doses you are starting at seem kind of high. You might want to start with low doses and build yourself up. As you said the fenugreek gave you a massive headache. Your body needs to adjust to these supplements and can't take them all at once in high amounts like that.

The chicken feet you took before are mostly for collagen I believe. I believe a lot of people take collagen because it helps with elasticity of the skin, which would be needed if you are growing in the boob department. Less stretch marks and such. Also supposed to help with healthy active joints, healthy/younger looking skin, strong connective tissue. So it's more of a vanity/beauty product than anything. I don't know about other countries, but Japan has a huge hype about collagen products for beauty.
Also I believe a lot of people each the chicken feet soup and do massage.

Also from what I've read on NBE, a C cup is a good starting point. They say that the bigger your breast are, the faster the herbs/supplements should respond.
I didn't start as a C cup, but I have been a C before I started NBE and I'm a C now. I was a 32A before I had my son, well it was kinda loose. Then during pregnancy and breastfeeding I was a 34C. After I went down to a full 32A/loose 32B. I tried various things over the years I been trying to do NBE. One thing caused me to grow 2 inches, it was an herbal product. After that I was a full 32B. Now I'm taking a BO supplement and using a pump and I grew 2 more inches so far and still going and I'm a 32C. As far as droopiness, pec type exercises help to life breasts, I personally use easy curves, it's a exercise device for breasts to keep mine firm and lifted. I think if you ever been a bigger size and lost it due to weightloss etc. it's easy to get that size back, like you got your C back, but after that it can be difficult to continue to grow for some people. I think it's easier to go from say a A to a B, or B to a C than it is to go from a C to a D, etc. because as you go up in cup size, you have more cc's to go before your next cup size. I don't know that's just my thoughts. And I take collagen tablets, and I feel they help with my skin and such, not sure if they help with NBE. Just know that NBE takes time, you gotta have patience. I've been doing various things in NBE for about 3 years, heck I think it's going on 4 years now. Individual herbs didn't work for me they gave me bad side effects, but they have worked well for others. And I agree that you need to start at a low dosage of herbs at first, the lowest that you can feel something from, then you ramp up as needed. Hope this helps and good luck!
Thanks so much for your replies, ladies! All are good things to keep in mind. It will be healthy for me to know that it may be easier because of my breast size, as well as that it may very well take more time because of it. I'm prepared for all possible scenarios now!

I may very well lower the dosages; today, however, there was no headache, so I'll keep on with 3000 mg fenugreek. As for the other things, I think I'll just stick with 1600 mg wild yam for now (I read that vitex is sort of a no-no with fenugreek, I think.... I could be mistaken, though. It's hard to tell just where I read that), and take some red clover before bed time.

Another question I have is, has anyone had success without saw palmetto or another androgen-inhibitor?

Thanks!
