Hi everyone! I'm new here and I've started to develop a new plan and would love your input on it. To tell you a little bit about myself, I'm 21 years old and 34A. I have a very small frame and no matter how much I eat or try to gain weight it just doesn't work, it's just in the genes I guess. I've read that collagen helps so I got the vitamin shoppe brand collegen, its called "BoCell Collagen with hyaluronic acid." I'm also planning on taking fenugreek seed 610mg along with saw palmetto 450mg. I'm also on birth control pills, I take tri sprintec at night. [/font]When should I start the program, on the first day of my period? I would love your input and any suggestions!
