Is it possible using any method that breasts can enlarge spontaneously?
Has any of you used Subliminal Messages for NBE instead of Hypnosis and seen results?

Hi, I actually just got this program...well, I actually ordered it from
www.Brainwave-Entrainment.com, but it's the same basic technology. I have been listening for about a week and a half and on and off have had sharp pains in my breasts. They also look a little rounder. Problem is I started listening the week before my period, the a lot of the gains I was getting then have disappeared now...but it does seem as though I kept some roundness. I'm going to give this program a few months before I determine whether or not it's a keeper. I used other subliminal programs in the past (for other issues/manifesting) and have had lots of success.

Seems to be very successful looking at the testimonials, and I personally know of someone who has tried it and gained more than an inch in a few weeks.
It uses relaxation etc which is how it is similar to hypnosis but the core emphasis is specific visual images designed specifically to target emotions etc which result in breast growth.
There is also a section on how to increase self-esteem as this is a major lay-back in getting results (your mind's stubborn image of itself which does not let you lose weight because your self-image says you are fat etc)

Can you also physically look at pictures on top of visualing or is this ineffective? Sorry, I have no experience and limited knowledge on hypnosis. Tia.

I think anything to help you get a picture in your mind of what you want is helpful. Start with photos if that is easiest for you but make sure you imagine that they are on YOU and then try to get the physical sensation of having those breasts as your very own.

At one point I actually drew a picture of myself with the boobs I want. Hehe.

That sounds good. I was thinking about finding a picture of a woman with the boobs I want, then putting my face there instead of hers haha.

oh my, oh my! thank you so much for this post. gosh this forum has been so good to me. just instantly the post about EFT breast enhancement just resonated with me so much! the link didn't pop up right away. after it went to the main page, i searched for "breast" on the site. thank you much. what creative breast growth we have in this place. i think that hypnosis is helping me make progress at the moment and i think it will get even better. not only is EFT breast enhancement about growing boobs, it is about healing! so many of us need both! thank you again

But what affirmations do you say regarding breast growth??

Hi there, so sorry that It's taken so long to reply. I say to myself when I use EFT positive statements like, "I am a 32C and that is my ideal size" (sort of lying to yourself but beleiving that you can achieve that size too) that and, "my breasts get bigger every day"... lots of positive statements.
