Are all the sellers using same magnets with same instructions or what are the diff? The NBA system seems promising, are u guys all using the NBA system?

Please advise!! THANK YOU

I think most people here are just buying their own magnets, which you can get from many sources.

hi!
I was looking into this magnet page. I thougt it was a simple and undangerous thing to use. Now it seems that it is more complicated than I assumed..
Can somebody give me some advice of where to buy and how to use them?
Can it be dangerous?

Hi Linn

There are basically 2 different systems for NBE magnet therapy.

The first can be purchased at www.nbasystem.com. This e-book is available at $7 until 31 October (the website will close after this date.) The manual will tell you everything that you need to know and what/where to buy the magnets. Follow the on-line instructions to purchase the e-book.

The second system is what has been adapted from the above NBA System.

The most important and most confusing issue with the magnets is finding the north and south poles. Each pole has a different affect – North shrinks and South grows. The confusion arises from 2 different ways of identifying the poles - the scientific method and the biomagnetic method. You want the biomagnetic method and here’s few easy (I hope) tips of finding the poles.

Note: When finding the poles you do not need to know which direction is north or south of the room you are in.

* your magnets will be stacked together - tie a piece of string around the middle of the stack and suspend it in the air.

* you will see that 1 side of the stack seeks a certain direction no matter which way you try to make it point, it will always settle back in the same direction. This is the (scientific) north pole of the magnet or for our purposes biomagnetic south pole. Mark this side of the magnet with S or + (positive) and mark the other side with N or – (negative).

Or if you have a compass, the side of the magnet which makes the compass needle point north is also the north of the magnet.

Finally if you’re still struggling to find the poles, buy magnets (rings) which are already marked with north and south. K&J Magnets call these magnets ‘rings’ because they have a hole in the middle – 1 side will have a bigger hole than the other side. Buy the R822CS-N to shrink - as the south side (biomagnetic north) will have the smaller hole and you will need to put this towards the skin; or buy R822CS-S to grow – as the north side (biomagnetic south) will have the smaller hole and will need to be towards the skin.

* buy magnets from www.kjmagnetics.com. I live in the UK and ordered a batch on a Sunday and received them on the following Saturday. One user of the system used DA2 magnets or you can use the ones mentioned above. Buy around 10 as they have a very strong pull and will ‘jump ‘ toward each other at such a force that they can break.

* whichever type of magnets you buy you will need to wear them against the nipples. You will need 4 magnets. The easiest thing to do is to get an old bra, preferably 1 which enables you to insert the magnet inside of the bra (like a pocket) so that the magnet is not in direct contact with the nipples as this can cause irritation. Place another magnet on the outside of the bra to keep the magnet on the inside in place.

* when you wear the magnets are entirely up to you – I find it easiest to sleep in the magnets and to only wear them at home.

* Massage and herbs have been used by many people in the forum but I only do massage.

Warnings are to keep a safe distance from anything electronic. Don’t wear them around children or anyone with a pacemaker. I’ve also read that a break should be taken from the magnets so your body doesn’t become accustomed to them. Take a day off every week or so. Magnet safety appears to be unchartered waters - some websites will depict the positive (south) side of the magnet as the root to all evil. Magnetic therapy has been practiced since the times of Ancient Traditional Chinese therapy, so make of it what you will. Take everything in moderation. Speak to your GP if you need to.

Hope this has helped – good luck!

Thank's a lot for the info Siren!
Now I have to consider what to buy and how to start. Have you had success with magnets yourself?

I am doing herbs as well. Vitex with some other stuff and I massage..
