Effect of magnetic therapy on others

Will wearing magnets have effect on other people? Won't they notice being drawn to your magnetism?

I wouldn't wear magnets around other people. There's a warning about that in the book. They're very strong and can affect pacemakers or people with heart problems.

I don't think you should sleep in bed with someone else while wearing magnets overnight or carry a baby round all day. The magnetic field is only supposed to reach about 8 inches from the magnet and we are directing the positive (supposedly dangerous) field towards us not outwards so I'd stay clear of pacemakers but otherwise not worry too much. I don't think you'll sit on the bus and the person next to you will suddenly keel over otherwise the magnets would have to be packaged in lead to stop the postman dropping dead!
