I was reading some information of bovine ovaries and came across this product Solaray Female Caps. I was wondering has anyone in this forum has use it to success on NBE. I check out the old forum and saw some people used it too but their duration is to short to justify results. People who are taking generic BO might want to consider this as it has all the ingredients contain in BB pills plus more but you need to take many of it.

HEy...

Yeah, I've heard of it before. In fact, it was the first product I was considering using back in Oct/Nov. But, I couldn't find it in any stores (even though it is sold everywhere on line). Given how eager I am, I figured I'd hold off on it and try it later.

Though, I can say you can get about the same dosages of ovarian tissue as in Bountiful Breast; Ultra Breast; Le Feminine; and Transfemme. You'd have to take like 4-5 pills to equal the 450 of UB and BB, but one Solaray capsule has more BO in it than Le Feminine (that only has about 50 mg per pill...no it only has 20 mg).

There's also no way to test which product is most potent or effective to human body, since none of them have (except maybe . . . Solaray) endured intense scientific scrutiny.

The only differences are that, unlike BB, TF, and the others, Solaray is a subsidiary of an international corporation (known as Nutraceutical ). Which means customer service and quality assurance is most likely much more accountable.

Most of the internet companies that sell bovine ovary products do not contain raw mammary or the same range of ingredients as Solaray.

Prices of female caps (Solaray-Nutraceutical) range from as low as $4.99 - $12.99 for 60 - 120.

Le Feminine Advantage for 90 capsules is $25.00

Bountiful Breast for 90 capsules is about $44.99 - $65.99 (protein shake is not included)

Life Enhancements ThyroPlex for Women is about $71.97 for 120 capsules. $24.99 for 30.

Ok ya'll, I went to my local nutrition store to pick up some vits for me and my guy, while i was there i asked about their bovine ovary. She directed me to the Solaray Female Caps. They do not carry just staight BO caps. I decided to buy them(reg 11.99...on sale for 8.39) so figured i'd give them a shot.

Crystalelle, did you purchase these and have been using them? Have you seen any increase/change in your breasts? Have they affected your periods at all?

jorisabomo, are you saying that you think the Solaray female caps would have the same affect as BB or UB? And have you see any change in your periods with using BO?

Anyone who has used BO in any form.....did you use anything other herb along with the BO? for example...did you add SP, fenugreek, fennel, wild yam etc.....

Thanks for any imput anyone gives....

Laisegirl:s
One more question...i have been taking prenat vit along wiht biotin and fo-ti to increase hair growth (hairdresser cut more off last time that she was suppose to so I am trying to get back the growth quickly and thi socmbo worked great for me last june)...however, should I not take the prenat vits with the BO?????
Thank you jori for the detail information I would do a good read on it.

laisegirl I am not taking solaray female caps but BB. I think you need high dosage compared to the recommended dosage by solaray. How many capsules are you taking? Most BO users add kelp and l-tyrosine to their BO intake. You can check out the personal program we have.
chrystalelle....what is the purpose of the kelp and the l-tyrosine when taking BO?
From what I've learned L-Tyrosine and Kelp assist the functionality of our liver and thyroid so that proper T3 and T4 can be produce to assist in our breast growth. This 2 nutrients also helps in our body temperature. Breast development need 98.2 - 98.6 Fahrenheit in order to function to its optimum. You need to study your body temperature before you jump in. Many can't get their BO to work because of low body temperature.
I have been taking the Feamle caps for a week now...figure it can't hurt. have considered trying the UB, cuz the BBis out of my range.

Been on the Female caps, along with one fennel, epo, prenat, fo-ti, cayanne and kelp and just added the l-tyrosine about 3 days ago. I do feel fullness. AF came to visit Mon, my breasts were extra full this time around about 4 days before i started. I had been taking fennel 2x a day, kelp and prenat. However, i am just about done with AF and my breast have barely gone down, which hasn't happened since I took all the herbs last yr at this time. So i am wondering whats up.

guess my big question here is this: i have heard from women who have had success that they use Goats rue...can i take this with the Female caps? And in the future if i decided to get the UB, can i take it with that? I have a bottle on hold at the natural food store so i need to decide.

I wonder if the female caps could be doing anything this soon or even at all.....its just weird that my breasts feel this way after having really nothing for months....

Anyone?

laisegirl,
hiya,

im considering buying these but wondered how many you are taking (per day) to be getting results from it?

my biggest concern with these is that they combine herbs with bo which many say is a no no. my other concern is that it has black cohosh which my doc and the docs of of other females in our family have warned us to stay away from as it's associated with increased breast cancer risk for women that are at risk for estrogen related cancers. it seems that at one time it was highly recommended for menopause relief but after they started noticing this trend began to warn against it. but then again hormone replacement also ups the odds for women yet they still prescribe it so who knows.
