So for those of you that don't have a problem with the idea of lactating, have you thought about using a breast pump to help progress the growth?

I've entertained the thought simply because having to do the "nipple" stimulation at the end of the massage feels a bit annoying to me, I'd rather just pump for a few minutes. Haven't broken down and tried it yet though.

I've started to think about this - progress is SOOO slow. Do you think the way to do it is bring on full lactation and then use the massages to sustain it - is there any reason why it wouldn't work.

I've no idea how long it takes to bring on full lactation using a pump - anyone know?

Does it stretch the nipples?

Lisa if you are talking about GY the nipple exercises are important a pump would not work in the same manner.

Also to lovely sheep, you don't want to over massage that is dangerous. At the end of your goal of you wish to lactate you can continue on to exercises for that but you do not need to lactate for breast growth. Be patient growth will come if you do GY as directed.

I am on the Gy program and it seems to have worked a little. I see a difference. However I also noticed I've put on a few pounds, although I can't see where. Is this extra weight caused by milk by any chance?

I too have put on a few pounds but then again its not hurting me I was thin before.

I do notice that my breasts are much heavier in weight than before so if it is only a few pounds perhaps this is why. Remember too dieting and any type of NBE do not go well together. After your goal is reached you can always diet safely and keep your gains with maintaince massages.
