has any one stoped the grow yours programme

....i was just wondering if any 1 has stoped doing the grow yours programme...and if so what do your breast look like now. are they the same?

I've pretty much stopped. I don't have the time to do this for 30-40 twice a day. I have two babies to run after. I try to do something during the day, but I don't think it's gonna be enough for my breasts to do much growing. My breasts look the same. They've started filling out a little, but not much at all.

Iv completely stopped cos i was getting spots all over my forehead and feeling sick everytime. I did get kind of fuller but it has all dissapeard now.

I have stopped GY. I stopped because my boobs were becoming really really soft and squishy, and i had a tiny bit of lactation whilst doing the nipple exercises. I was scared that my boobs would never feel the same again, but theyve gone back firm and normal. I never really had any growth on GY, according to their system i did, but i seriously think half the time i was just measuring wrong. I know it's spose to be safe etc etc, but i asked Joseph if boobs return to normal once you stop the program and he said they usually do but it wasn't very reassuring. Also, i don't want to have to massage every day for the rest of my life to keep the growth so i didn't really see the point in continuing :-)
