Jennie! - Lactation

Hi Jennie,

I know you do not advocate lactation as a form of enlargement...
However, I just wanted to know out of interest, how many inches you gained when you accidently induced lactation... and had you already had children?
Sorry for all the personal questions.

sorry-i did not see your post right away!
it's ok-ask away!
no, i have not had any children. i gained absolutely no inches by this episode. whilst in the initial throes of the terrifying incident, my breasts swelled up quite signigicantly (although if you can believe it, i was feeling altogether too miserable to measure!). after i managed to get things somewhat under control, the swelling due to the milk all went down and i was left with flatter breasts than before. (although i do not seem to have lost inches). they seem to hang a bit lower somehow and seem farther apart and more sprawled out. i don't know if this makes any sense to you. anyhow, i much prefer the way they were before. it's sad for me to see them now. lately i took epo for another problem and that, miraculously seems to have firmed them up a bit. (oh, i forgot to mention, they had lost their wonderful firmness!! somehow , this was the biggest blow of all to me!) i remember waking up the morning after the incident and thinking "oh my goodness-what did i do? what has happened? it 's like they've come unhinged")
from what i have read, every woman's breasts respond differently to lactation, so it's hard to say what will happen to any given woman.
at any rate, please read the thread i started about the latest side-effects which have developed from this event.
again, i beg all of you to be very, very careful with this programme.
best wishes to all! take care of yourselves-love yourselves-you are all beautiful. small breasts are beautiful too-don't ever let anyone convince you otherwise!!

Hi Jenny,

I'm truly so sorry to hear about all the problems you've had to deal with. I hope your hormones settle down ok. Well, you've convinced me anyway - think I'll stick to herbs!! Thanks for the advice.

Hugs again jenny for all you went thru.

I am a big supporter or EPO and pumpkin seed oils they are very gentle on the system and should be a taken by all women, even massaging with them can be highly benificial. They are staples for anyone with auto-immune disorders (I have multiple sclerosis and def include it in my treatment) and many other medical problems, learn more here.. www.evening-primrose-oil.com/

Now from what you discribed you WAY over massaged WAY too fast. GY offers guidence on how to massage, how long to massage and when to massage. Extreme lactation should not occur UNLESS you are using the program to surrogete breastfeed and even that is very specific massages.

Its always advised to discuss GY with your Dr first, please do not be embarrassed to tell Him/Her about it. It is just like going on a diet or starting a new exercise program, you should't do either of those without consuting your Dr first either. You jenny are a prime example why one must tell thier Dr about any form of natural medicine we are trying be it NBE thru herbs or GY or trying to naturally heal any ailment or medical condition.

I spoke with mine about it and He not only approved but encouraged me to try this and keep him updated on the results. He feels the same way I do if it works (I can't wait to tell him my results and that it does indeed) EVERY women in His practice should learn about it as he sees sooo many go thru surgical nightmares.

BTW if your Dr is one that encourages surgery..you need a new Dr !

Again all the best to you Jenny and surving thru your reaction. Continue to appreciate that slender body and know that tons of women would do anything to have just that !

Smile

Jennie, I too was thinking that all of us who are on GY should take your case as a preventive. Me for example, I barely had any reaction from the program, but later I started noticing changes in how I'm feeling on certain days and when I do a lot of massage, and I thoguht that it's important to know early if we are having a too strong reaction. So I wanted to ask you if you could describe to us exactly what happened when you overstimulated, what changes there were, how were you feeling?
And my best wishes to you, I hope you manage to get your boobies back to normal and have lots of luck in your future NBE journies.

hi moon and all,

thanks for all your comments, etc.
in response to your question, moon, i will say i had been massaging as per directions given on various forums for about 3 months. i felt no adverse reactions and in fact, my breasts were doing very well. they were nice, smooth and getting a bit fuller. i don't really think i was causing myself any harm much in doing the massage.

what wrecked things was, when i very foolishly applied suction a bit each day for maybe a week, using a snake bite kit, on my nipple/areola complex. (i had read this enlarges the nipples and i thought my nipples were on the smallish side so maybe this would improve things) (bear in mind, ladies, and i will sheepishly admit it,these foolish and desperate attempts at self-improvement stem from my very strong desire to be attractive enough to have at least one relationship with a man in my life-so far i have never experienced this, and i'm nearly 38-it's been a big blow for me-this alone was the driving force for this stupidity)

so anyhow, for some stupid reason on the seventh morning i started to really suction my nipples and left the stupid suction devices on whilst accidentally falling asleep. i think they must have been on for maybe half an hour. still, i noticed nothing untoward until i woke up the next morning. wow- my world somehow crashed down that morning. i was feeling distinctly ill-flu-ish and my boobs were soft, no longer firm and i noticed my nipples and areolas had somehow lost their colour and in all i was very devastated. everything that i had LIKED about my breasts was now a thing of the past. i very shortly thereafter developed extreme emotional unbalance-like constant pms(due to suddenly elevated prolactin levels etc) and the horrible pain which finally i realized was mastitis and then later after 3 months of more pain i figured out i also had breast thrush.

my breasts will never be like they used to be. now they are the breasts of a woman who has breast-fed, only i don't have a child to show for it! for some reason the sensation has not returned to my nipples, and it is highly annoying, but i cannot orgasm anymore. (excuse me for TMI) i rather fear i may have damaged nerves there. that is my biggest worry. the loss of sensation is really hard on me. i used to have tremendous sensation there. i am presently undergoing acupuncture treatments in hopes of bringing it back.

i dunno ladies. it's really hard for me to talk about this. like i said, i was really desperate to somehow get a boyfriend etc. and so i ended up harming myself. i don't understand life at all. why some people's wishes all come true and others just don't.

well i'd better stop now before i start crying.

OMG I'm so sorry hun I made you talk about it again! It does sound like a devastating experience, huh I wish I could give you some good advice or something... But don't loose hope, it's good that you're doing acupuncture and everything to try to repair the damage, you know, not necessary everything is lost. Maybe some collagen and a good diet supporting connective tissue could improve the boobies condition after you've recovered from the health issues, a good breast cream also.
And like I said in the other thread, I really understand your issues with relationships, I have the same thing! Althoguh I'm only 21, but I've never had a boyfriend either. Maybe we should give at least as much attention to our heads as we do to our boobs to solve this problem, lol.
I know, life sucks sometimes, but I always remeber that though there are some people who are luckier than us, there are till plenty who are a lot less lucky. I tell myself we're not that bad off, we shouldn't wallow in sorrow, but keep fighting. Luck may be a part of our success, but out persistence is the greater part. Best wishes to you Jenny, don't lose hope and may you get well soon!

Again Jenny hugs to you for all that you have gone thru. Very scarey indeed and I understand that you took such extreme measures as a desire to feel more "normal" and desirable. But do you realize how many men out there truely do LOVE small breasts ? Its really true I spent 2 years as a topless dancer after wanting to know without a doubt what types of breasts men love, you know what ? 98% of them HATE large or fake breasts.

Find a man that loves you for who you are just the way you are. They are wonderful men out there so don't feel like you will never find happiness in love because of your breast size its simply not true.

What happened to you is a classic expample of what can happen if you do not correctly follow a safe program exactly the way its directed, IE ramping up on either herbs or your massages etc etc etc.

Jenny, I am so sorry for what you went thru! I am sure we all know a little bit about going to some extreme measures to feel more confident. You had a terrible accident, but you will be fine. I hope the accupunture helps and you will get through it. I am really sorry though. Thank you for sharing your story, it's good to remember that have do have to be more careful and thoughful while we are experimenting. Wishing lots of luck+

Jenny I just wanted to say sorry for your experience, what a horrible thing to go through. I also want to say that what makes men attracted to women the most I truly believe is confidence and a good self esteem. I am very small breasted and thinner than I would like to be, so I have improvements I would like to make w/ myself, but on the other hand, I do have a lot of self confidence and guys pick that up. Focus on your good attributes, bring out what you like in yourself best, and learn the confident walk! lol

thanks again everyone for the kind words! thanks black sheep, for your thoughts! self-confidence? it comes and goes...at times it's hard to come across that way when you're nearly 38 and have never even held hands with a man..sigh.

Hard to believe I know, but out of all the men I talked to as a topless dancer for years only a handful liked the girls that had large or fake breasts...and really men are turned off by fake brests, esp if they turn out badly. My Husband has only seen one women in his 40 years that he says had a good boob job but he said it was only because she paid 15,000 for it and it fit her body as she was heavier.

Plus Men have less respect for women with very large breasts..its sad and wrong but true. They are treated more like bimbos than women with small breasts. Working in a club as I did you get to see how men REALLY are not how they say they are or pretend to be. Once they walk into a strip club they are brutaly honest and don't pretend to be "nice". I learned alot by talking to all of my customers.

At the clubs I worked at women with large breats were more likely to have a guy grope her or talk badly to her, the women with smaller breasts were hardly ever subject to abuse by our customers and more often than not made more money. Guys actually came up to me with tips for nothing..they would tell me to be proud of my body and they wish more women were built like I was. Only twice was I treated rudely while the larger breasted women delt with it every night.

Did it make ME personally feel better ? Somewhat.. but I still wish I was larger mostly for clothes fitting better, prettier bras etc etc. But hearing it over and over by many men of all ages that small was sexier I don't worry about that side much anymore.
