Hi all! I’m a complete newbie (seriously, I just made this account ten minutes ago) and I’m so excited to be on this journey!

Some info about me:
-I’m a cis woman
-5”8 and 98 pounds (very fast metabolism)
-Rather flat chested, not sure my exact size, but I have little to no cleavage
-I’m on clamipromine and prasosin (antidepressants/ocd medication and ptsd medication)

My breast size, or lack thereof, has been a growing (no pun intended) insecurity of mine for the past year. I’ve tried to change them through the likes of manifestation, Neville Goddard, Seth, etc etc. And though they did seem to help a bit, I stumbled upon some things on the internet claiming to augment breast size. I did some research and there seemed to be some pretty big evidence to support it. My last round of research was on reddit, and that’s how I found r/nbe and subsequently the discord server.

This all happened in a matter of a week and a half I’d say? So I’d still consider myself a newbie in regards to nbe. But I’m so excited to have found this community and that there are other people who share the same want as me.

I’m currently using :
-Bee pollen
-MSM
-Fenugreek
-Fenugreek & fennel tea
-Pantothenic acid (mainly for the skincare benefits but thought I’d mention anyway)
-Omega-3
-D3
-Calcium
-B12
-Soy milk
-Almond milk
-Chia seeds
-Flaxseeds
-Pumpkin seed oil (for massages)

Please let me know if there’s anything I’m missing, can improve on or change. I made a similar post on reddit earlier also. I’m looking at getting maca, freeze dried aloe
and saw palmetto extract today, so let me know if there’s anything else I should add to the list!

Thanks so much! Sending warm things : )
Hello and welcome. Well quantities are important. Herbs such as fenugreek, maca and saw palmetto are potentially very useful, but you have to be taking enough of them. Without quantities it's difficult to say if you're taking enough (or perhaps you're taking too much).

thank you! sorry for the long reply time, not sure if this is how to reply but i’m hoping this is it lol.

as for the quantities i’ll dive right in.

maca - 750mg per capsule, 2 capsules 3x a day

msm - 1000mg per capsule, 2 capsules 3x a day

fenugreek - 500mg per capsule, 2 capsules 3x a day

saw palmetto - 500mg per capsule, 2 capsules 3x a day

pantothenic acid - 250mg per capsule, 2 capsules 1x a day

omega 3 - 1200mg per capsule, 2 capsules 1x a day

magnesium - 400mg per capsule, 1 capsule 1x a day

iron - 28mg per capsule, 1 capsule 1x a day

i take iron & magnesium for the mental health benefits (less anxiety).
i also try to add chia seeds and flaxseeds into my diet as well as soy and almond milk.
Those quantities make a lot of sense and I think you have a very viable program. I'd be inclined to stick with what you're doing for now and see how things go. You can always ramp up a bit later by adding fennel and/or hops.
