I m new and have just found this site.
I am 70 years old in good health but have always wanted boobs. I am not interested in transitioning. I suppose I have the start of pseudogynacomastia and have tried fenugreek but the taste was too much for me. I have also taken saw palmetto but not on an extended period of time.
I am looking for good pointers and what to take and what to avoid
