Hi everyone!
I got my period a week earlier than I should have, should I continue with my program with what I would normally take in my luteal phase or should I take what I would take on my period?
I'm currently attempting a mix of surferjoe and chiyomilks programs, and I'm going to start a personal program post once I start seeing more results.
