I originally ordered a few supplements such as Maca, vitex, saw palmetto and PM cream as I was looking for ways to balance hormones/reduce hirsutism, however as I was a member here a while ago I thought I'd restart my breast journey!
The PM is a cream, the rest are oral. Can I take all of these together? How to I cycle them? Are there any I shouldn't take together?
