Hello everyone,

I had a very long break (many years) from NBE and Noogleberry, but lately got back to it again, because I'm still very unhappy with my tiny breasts and wanted to give it a try again. I have been using the Noogleberry for around a week now, started with 1 hour a day and increased  it to 2 separate hours daily, because I was tolerating it well and I already had some previous experience with it as well. I don't know why, but yesterday morning I noticed my left breast had shrank quite a bit in the size, I mean not only the swelling but even smaller than the original size.. I thought maybe I'm just imagining things and I used the Noogleberry that day again very gently. I anyway always used it gently, didn't get any other issues than the red ring marks, but no signs of overpumping like  dark color or red dots.. Now already since a few hours the same breast is hurting all the time, not really that sore to touch but just hurting inside all the time and I'm afraid, if I did some permanent damage already.. ? Has anybody had similar experience with this kind of weird pain and did it eventually go away and was the shrinking caused by overpumping permanent? Any help and shared experiences would be highly appreciated!

I've honestly had a lot of times where I probably overpumped or pumped too fast but nothing serious or long-term has happened in any way. Just temporary red little dots and the red rings. I have pumped at least once daily, 1 hour+ for weeks and months at a time with no such issues. However if you are worried I would really recommend switching to massage daily with something like coconut oil to give the breasts a break. Doing a massage first and really slathering the oil on really helps me to pump well with fewer issues. For the shrinking concern, I normally have fluctuations here and there possibly due to hormones, water retention, stage in the menstrual cycle, whatever it may be but in the end, they always come out fuller month after month. I would ask the doctor if you are worried. Other than that, I would say take the focus away from the size and just keep going with massage. I've had serious growth from JUST massage and I really recommend doing that whenever you can. I hope it helps, you can do it!
I have never experiences shrinkage like that before.   Even after long breaks in pumping.   I have over pumped a number of times and my breasts hurt like hell!   Sometimes just one breast hurt and a few times the nipple hurt a lot.  Used Anbesol for tooth aches on my nipple and the pain subsided.

I pump my breasts & nipples on a regular basis, but I have always had growth, never shrinkage.

It can be unpleasant, my boobs often ache like hell, but I seek relief with coconut oil massage and nursing pads in an unpadded bra. No pain, no boobs!
Just adding to this:
If you have pumped to the point where you have circle marks and red dots on your chest, aloe vera gel (I get them in large tubs/jars for $3 to $4) in circular motions has really helped me. I unfortunately had red circles stay for days at a time (please don't get to that point) but if you do, aloe vera gel. It works wonders every time.
I pumped a bit too hard and left them on for too long, and normally the red circles would have taken longer to disappear, but aloe vera + applying an electric heated pad to the breasts for 15 minutes after the Noogleberry made the circles disappear within 3 hours (compared to times when they'd stay for days, which made me have to take a break from the pumping out of worry). The swelling did not go down from using the heating pad as it would if I simply massaged afterward instead.
