In Japan, non-surgical bust enhancement is a big industry. Something that I haven't seen in the West are 'night bras' (ナイトブラ) which are supposed to enhance breast size and appearance (バストアップ) by preventing flowing of breasts due to gravity and drooping by 'holding' the breasts in an ideal place and 'collecting the fat' from around armpits, underbust, etc. like the Chi massage. Most of the major lingerie companies sell night bras. They are usually a soft, non-constrictive material with a shape a bit like a training bra e.g. Wacoal ナイトアップブラ. Some have an underbust strap, but most don't.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried these? I think even if it doesn't have a bust-up effect, it might be comfortable to keep the breasts from drooping/moving e.g. sleeping on your side.

Honestly half the Korean/Japanese bust up sleeping bras arent going to fit you if you are anywhere from a western C cup and upwards even their large seems to only fit a B cup bust measurement wise as I had done some research into these myself in the past, honestly I found sleeping braless is best for NBE it allows no constriction and blood flow plus if you are a side sleeper your breasts and the fat around them are getting pushed together anyways  Big Grin" alt="Big Grin" title="Big Grin"> though if you do choose to try one, Chiyomilk suggested and used bradelis scoop bras after doing her famous fat transfer massage

The night bra concept seems like a very good idea. I just did a bit of online shopping and managed to find a couple of sellers on eBay and and Aliexpress, but I don't think one would work for me. The only ones I find have fixed strap sizes and I'm pretty long waisted, so fixed straps never work for me even if they stretch a bit. I've always felt like wearing a suitably shaped bra could contribute to breast expansion, though.
