I want to do a hormone test but I’m confused about it as I’m on a combined birth control pill. I’ve read it’s pointless taking a test when on the pill which would mean coming off it for 3 months to regulate my hormones again.
Okay, so, If get my test done & get my results & figure out what’s deficient, what would then happen when I start taking the pill again + other herbs/supplements? Surely the pill will affect my hormone level again & maybe I’m deficient in something when I’m off the pill but not when I’m on it? I hope I’m making sense! Just super confused. Would it not make sense to test my hormones on the pill if I want to stay on it while I do my NBE program?
