Is my second month on BO and pit. Even though I have never been very regular, I hade been regular menstruating for the last 5 months, but after I started BO and pit method, I am now on my 52 day without a menstrual cycle. I stopped both things for one week, but no changes. Yesterday I started again and after reading in the forum that I could use herbs to pump up my hormone production I drank them yesterday. I also started seed rotation to see if that helps on getting my cycle.
Any help on this is welcome. Should I stop completely BO and pit?
