I honestly haven't been on for a pretty hot minute, and I know most here do not believe in that these work. But, from my experience (not being female), it works.

I would try this out for at least a week to see if you've gotten anything.. (Its said to be used.. 5 times a day.. But, most use 30 minutes to an hour a day.. Listening during sleep is preferable if possible for better results.) Wish you luck. (Be sure to drink a lot of water..)
