I’m reading a book called “ the dental diet” by Dr Steven Lin.
It’s fascinating stuff, the truth behind saturated fat, cholesterol, ancestral diets , rise in chronic diseases. Fascinating stuff you should read. Nothing to do with breasts of course but if we all ate the way we are supposed to our body functions would work as they should etc etc...
