Someone claims growth just changing diet lifestyle, but... I can’t get what kind of diet is good for boobies

I eat a lot of healthy fat (salmon, avocados, nuts, eggs, tuna, seeds...)
I eat whole grains just for one of my meals
I eat fruit (1-2 fruits everyday)
I drink a lot of water and teas
I eat a lot of proteins

But...no boobies right now.
So, what’s the secret?

I think most of us take the approach that good nutrition is an essential part of successful nbe programs, i guess those that are devoid of nutrition could possibly see growth. I personally think its a good combo of nutrition, herbs and/or massage/topicals that create growing conditions.

Surfer joe thread is great for nutritional advice; great way to meet all nutritional needs through food.

1. I eat a lot of healthy fat (salmon, avocados, nuts, eggs, tuna, seeds...)
2. I eat whole grains just for one of my meals
3. I eat fruit (1-2 fruits everyday)
4. I drink a lot of water and teas
5. I eat a lot of proteins

But...no boobies right now.
So, what’s the secret?

1. A little is plenty.  But primarily it should be fats from salmon and tuna.  Seeds, nuts and egg yolks are healthy for other reasons besides fat though.  Avocados aren't especially good or bad.  They're ok though, and it's good in general that you're eating real whole foods.
2. Whole grains and other seeds should be 1/3rd of your diet, and starches in general should be spread out throughout your day.  Though if you mean you have a bowl of whole grains for breakfast that's good.
3.  Good.  I assume/hope raw and fresh.
4.  Good.
5.  Too much is bad for NBE at least.  You'll already get way more protein than you need from 1 & 2.  Unless that's what you meant.  Other meat and dairy is pretty poor nutritionally.

Also I don't see lots and lots of veggies.  Especially deeply colored ones like dark green leaves.  By quantity: Whole seeds > colorful veggies > seafood > eggs (w/ yolk) > fruit > dairy > other meat > refined flour, sugar & oil.  Load up on lots of the first two.  Zero is ok for the last two.  Fruit and dairy a little bit is usually better than none, but none is tolerable.  Also get some vitamin D via 2,000 i.u. supplement or a little bit of a tan, and iodine via salt or a little kelp.  Since you eat so many natural foods, which is great, make sure you still get 1/2-1 tsp salt, which is about 1,150 mg-2,300 mg sodium.  But also note that most prepared foods have a ton of salt.  At least a little of your seeds should be almonds and/or sunflower seeds for the vitamin E.  Likewise a lot of brown rice or turmeric/curry for the fat soluble antioxidants.

There's also a nutritional mix in my first sig thread you can try, which supplies all your needs from about 1/4 of your food.  You could leave out the herbs for now or start with only a little now or later.
The secret is.... there IS no secret unfortunately!

What works for one won’t work for the other in every single aspect or method for NBE.

Youl see noogling producing fantastic results for some and none for others, same with food and herbs and massage and bovine . It’s so sad but true.

I maintain we all have a different biological or otherwise reason we didn’t grow like our peers seemed to and we have to identify what’s the “block” for us an an individual and practise NBE in the safest manner we see fit.

Just my two cents worth .. it’s always good to see all the documented success stories and tie together any common themes for those who grew and piece together a programme around that and it’s not always quick unfortunately, lots of researching this forum and the “old breast nexus” forum which is awesome too, a lot of good success and progress pics there  Blush
Thank you all, i’m Following surferjoe’s suggestions, I like to eat cakes and muffins but i’m Trying to stop this unhealthy habit (just a piece of cake on Saturday morning lol)
I eat 45/50 gr of proteins each day (my weight is 45 kilos) I also go to the gym.
Right now I’m studying NBE, I decided to start a BO journey (because i’m Undeveloped, and I feel sooo testosterone dominant... acne, hairs, thin lips, no hips, oily skin and many more)
