Hi girls,

Wonder if anyone has experience or opinion on putting progesterone cream directly on their breast before and see growth. I know this is a controversial topic and found conflicting information on the forum. Here is an old thread to it https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=25379&highlight=Progesterone+cream+directly+on+breast
here is someone’s experience outside the forum https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/4qhkvd/how_many_of_you_have_tried_progesterone_cream_for/#ampf=undefined

Personally I tried it just twice. And now come to think of it, this might be the key to my positive response. The first time I tried it for one time and had small growth which I can never reproduce. And I just tried it a couple days ago, still observing if I have any real growth but it’s looking promising. I know hormone store in fat that’s why people don’t recommend to use it on breast. But I remember Lotus mention it’s ok and my pc cream manufucturer stares to put cream on inner thigh. Thoughts? Should I continue or am I playing with fire???

Hi Meow,

I've been reading about this lately too and from what I can tell it is ok to put it on the breast or anywhere really in theory, but ideally you would apply it to areas with thin skin and little fat, like the chest (not the breasts) and the back of the hands. The reason for not putting it on the fatty tissue would be because the fat can store progesterone rather than allowing it to be released into the blood stream and allowing it to flow to the breasts or other tissues.

Also I found out that you should rotate the area that you apply it to every few days so that one area does not become saturated. I just found this out a couple of days ago myself. I applied it to the breasts the first month and the thighs the second month. Wish I had known earlier!

Here's the link to an article that I got the information:

Hola!
I’ve just started using PC cream and the directions mentioned were to apply on inner thighs, inner side of upper arms, chest, wrists and abdomen. It also says to rotate the areas.  There was a girl here (I’m sorry for remembering her name) who used to apply it on her ankles since the skin is really thin
What I do is , after a warm shower, I apply the cream on my mid- chest and not on my breasts.
Weird how it works. I never saw any breast growth from it but I do notice more sexual readiness.
Found this awhile back (link below). Am going to add some more confusion to topic however this makes sense to me eg. Part about receptors in breast. Ive never added to any pc threads because tbh seems like even scientists dont know how effective it is; most studies discredit it as it doesnt raise serum levels enough to count however other studies found increase in progesterone in tissue after topical applications but not serum levels, this raise in tissue level progesterone was enough for participates to note symptom relief.

When i started nbe i had no idea about hormones and their role in homeostasis of well-being of body and mind (i was hormone illiterate) and personally decided progesterone (pc) is something i should consider to oppose our E dominated world. Most of literature supports notion that too much E puts you at higher risk of the big 'c', along with other problems that can occur from low progesterone.

Below is interesting read, read it with an open-mind if it makes sense to you use it if not disregard (my life philosophy on information).

Funny how we all have slightly different methods. I used pc for 3-4 months now and never feel change in mood or sexual readiness from it. I applied on the thin spot on my skin and rotate the location.

Bonny, that article is interesting. It make sense but I'm confused still. I always thought hormone testing through blood test is less accurate then saliva test because topical applications does not make into our bloodstream. It stay in localize region and can only be detected in saliva. Did I get it wrong?

Anyways, I have seen some positive result this month. I truly believe this is due to that one time I applied pc directly on my breast. So I decided to do some more experiment with it.  Shy I plan to apply pc on my breast every few days to avoid "saturation". Rest of the time I'll apply as I would normally. You can check out my thread for more detail. Finger crossed ladies. Hopefully this is the key to unlock my growth! I'm positive!!!

Tbh am not sure if any hormonal testing is accurate because we have fluctuations throughout cycle of all hormones, so when would be the time to test? You'd really have to collect samples through a whole cycle to get a clear picture; or at best i guess they (doc/scientists/pathologist) could make some assumptions from a 'normal' base line cycle however am not sure anyone is 'normal'. Idk am really sceptical i think all hormonal test results need to used as a possible guide but not gospel?

I did read i think above in this thread, that it can take 6-12mons to restore low progesterone levels so perhaps thats why you had not noted any changes but like you and article pointed out maybe it's more to do with application location, i know Lotus advocated for pc on breast but from memory every other day. Am yet to find any literature that talks of saturation, i think that has come up because progesterone is said to be fat soluble however aren't all hormones fat soluble and people apply PM, FG etc directly to breast daily? I still think you have to cycle because it stops down-regulations of receptors (when they think they have enough of said hormone so stop making receptors available). I think cycling will help avoid excess of hormones especially E, and from what i read it maybe hard to 'over do' pc. There other ways to increase progesterone eg vitex increases LH therefore progesterone and walnuts are said to increase progesterone however once again no literate to support these ideas. Pc scientifically does improve levels found in salvia but doesn't increase serum levels but what does this really mean who knows and most studies were short duration eg 3 months. But as you mentioned its possible it maybe staying localized to where its applied hence why you dont see serum levels change however you do see increase of progesterone in salvia obviously some process is happening that science cant figure out yet. It does make you really consider original link i posted about applying directly to breast because thats where receptors are, if blood levels dont improve from topical pc however thats where we're getting told to apply by manufacturers; is it even getting into blood stream seems only salvia levels raise not serum levels. Are we wasting it putting it on thin skin areas in hopes to get it into blood stream? Seems a little wasteful?

I did find this
"Progesterone and Vitamin D. Numerous studies show that vitamin D and progesterone work in synergy. They “fight” abnormal or dangerously prolonged inflammation, especially in the brain, nervous system, and even the gut wall. Vitamin D deficiency or even insufficiency (you have low normal levels but not enough to protect you) has been demonstrated to cause and worsen progesterone signaling and block the body’s ability to use progesterone, even if it’s in normal levels in the bloodstream."

From here:

Seems vitamin d is a big player i recently found studies that it works in synergy with igf too if levels are low in one it is in other too.

Like i always say am not giving advice to anyone and everyone needs to read and research their own choices, i simply regurgitate what ive read or found and hope it helps someone. But take what you find useful and forget the rest.

Am going to post this to my thread also sorry for double posting

What kind of cream do you use?

On Amazon some of the creams seem to have different ratios or are soy based etc.
