Hey 

So I've been seeing some people posting on here about 7:2 method 10:2 method. I have no idea what this.

Also I saw some posted 20/20/20 is a must anyone now what that is. I've searched and just can not find any explanation on this.

Ive just started pumping so I would like to use the most effective ways possible.

BAsically there's two kind of methods: pump and hold and the second way is pump and release. In pump and hold you basically just leave the pumps on you. Pump and release is where is remove the cups every now and then and massage. So 7:2 refers to 7 mins of pumping and 2 mins of massage. 10 (10 mins of pumping and two mins of massage.)

Which is the most effective would depend on your body? Everyone is different. Some people find that pump and hold works for them while others only respond to pump and release. You just gotta experiment and see what works for you. Whatever method you choose just be sure to not push yourself too hard. Also, remember to stay hydrated, that always helps.

That's awesome thank you. I will give the 10:2 a try for a while a see how it goes. Fingers crossed for some results.
