Hi Dark_Swan-
jIt's a little tricky to say because if you are familiar with Brava Domes they have a thick silicone padding around the dome that adheres to your chest. Also, they are oval shaped, not round. That said the inner opening is about 5.5" inches up and down and about 4 9/16 " wide. The depth or projection is about 6". I hoped this might have come up with someone before who was trying to replace the Brava domes with another comparable dome to use with the Brava system.
